Exercise for teambuilding

Everywhere we read that individuals together never exceed the sum of the individual efforts. A team on the contrary provides a multiple. And yet in practice we see that teambuilding is hard to realise. Apparently we don't believe all we read. Therefore this exercise has people experience themselves what it means to work in team.

How it works

This exercise is based on an old Chinese Tangram-jigsawpuzzle. The leader of the game hand gives instructions to solve the jigsaw puzzle. While playing the game, the participants learn that working in team is more rewarding than 'everyone on his own'.
