Has a profound and in depth knowledge of the EFQM-Excellence model:
- Assisted Sollac (steel company, France, now Mital-Arcelor) (1998-1999) in the submission of their EQA-document. Sollac was twice Prize Winner (1998 and 1999)
- Trained several managers of Sollac in EFQM Self-Assesment at different sites and at different levels (from top management till middle management)
- Acted as EFQM lead assessor for another french company in the evaluation of their submission document for European Quality Award (2000 and 2003). This company received in 2004 their Recognised for Excellence certificate (R4E) (2004)
- Lead Assessor for the R4E Certificate EFQM (Recognised for Excellence) for an organisation in the public sector : Pilotage for the Port of Antwerp (September 2007)
- EFQM Assessed Assessor training for the Belgian Police and Comité P (EFQM case study Mid-East Police) (2005-2006 and 2008)
